Hull defender Andy Dawson could be fit for Saturday's crucial Premier League clash at Birmingham after tests revealed only bruising to his leg.[LNB] The 31-year-old was carried off during the second half of last weekend's costly 4-1 defeat by Burnley, which left Hull four points from safety.[LNB]There was concern Dawson had suffered a serious injury in a strong tackle by Tyrone Mears but those fears have been allayed and he will be monitored for the rest of the week.[LNB]Hull have been hampered by injuries during the past couple of months and are currently without leading scorer Stephen Hunt (foot), striker Amr Zaki (knee), defenders Kamil Zayatte (knee) and Anthony Gardner (ankle) and club captain Ian Ashbee (knee).[LNB]
