Tigers hunt Wolves star Kightly as Hull target play-off places

Hull have enquired about adding Wolves winger Michael Kightly to their bid to reach the Championship play-offs.

Kightly, 25, has not played since November 2009, has undergone operations on both knees this season and is still a month shy of full fitness.

But he was recently included in Wolves' 25-man squad for the second half of the Premier League campaign and it is hoped a loan spell would hasten match sharpness.
