Reports in Spain suggest Kamel Ghilas' proposed move to Hull City has been pushed through. The Algerian forward is believed to have agreed terms with the Tigers on Tuesday and has subsequently put the finishing touches to the deal. He is said to have passed a medical at the KC Stadium without a hitch and has put pen to paper on a three-year deal. His current employers, Celta Vigo, are set to receive €2million (£1.7million) for the France-born striker. Vigo were in no position to resist Hull's advances as they are currently experiencing financial difficulties following their relegation to the second tier of Spanish football.
