Tigers cautious with Bullard

Hull City are expected to rest Jimmy Bullard for their FA Cup clash with Sheffield United on Saturday.[LNB] The Tigers are unwilling to risk their record signing while he struggles with a knee problem.[LNB]The midfielder has been advised that he will not require surgery on the injury, but he has been unable to take part in full training this week.[LNB]Phil Brown is relieved to have been given positive news regarding Bullard's current predicament, but insists he will not rush the 30-year-old back into action.[LNB]"Jimmy's fine, he's a little bit sheepish at the moment as you would imagine, but he's always great to have around," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail.[LNB]"He's still a little weary but we've had assurances now that the injury is stable.[LNB]"We'll just continue to take it session by session and handle the situation as we go."[LNB]
