Hull City manager Nigel Pearson is planning on making some new signings before the season kicks off against Swansea on Saturday.[LNB] The cash-strapped Tigers have only been able to bring in two new faces this summer, with James Harper and Nolberto Solano arriving at the KC Stadium on free transfers.[LNB]There has been activity through the exit door, though, with the likes of Boaz Myhill, Stephen Hunt and Geovanni all leaving the club.[LNB]But Pearson remains confident of boosting his numbers, with Tottenham's John Bostock thought to be heading his wish-list.[LNB]"There will be new faces," Pearson told the Hull Daily Mail. "We're trying to do one of two deals but they might be dependent on us moving people out. Bo's departure is an example of that.[LNB]"We have to get the balance right between getting our financial situation sorted and also making sure we're competitive on the field. It's always a case of wheeling and dealing."
