Shakespeare: We will give Brentford respect

Assistant manager Craig Shakespeare says Hull will name a strong team for their Carling Cup clash against League One side Brentford. A 20-man squad has been named for the trip to Griffin Park for Tuesday night's second-round tie. "It's a game we're approaching in the same way (as any other) and we'll give Brentford respect," Shakespeare told the club's official website. "We've had them watched, we've got the reports and we'll be going into this game to win. "We're looking to take a 20-man squad with us and that includes everyone that was involved on Saturday. "We'll have a light training session in the morning, hopefully without any reactions, and we can pick what we think is our strongest available team."
