Hull's assistant manager Craig Shakespeare believes the fans have a huge role to play in the Humber derby against Scunthorpe at the KC Stadium.[LNB] The Tigers could slip into the Championship relegation zone if Scunthorpe plunder all three points and other results go against them - but Shakespeare feels a big KC Stadium crowd can give Hull a big lift.[LNB]He said: "It's a home game and we need points on the board at this stage.[LNB]"It's a local derby with a big crowd and there'll be a good atmosphere, so it's something we're all looking forward to.[LNB]"Our fans have been terrific so far for us at home and they know their support is well needed.[LNB]"Their vocal support will get behind the team and hopefully help us to three points."
