Walsall have brought in Hull City goalkeeper Mark Oxley on loan as cover for the injured Rene Gilmartin.Oxley, 19, will go straight onto the bench for the weekend trip to Colchester, with Clayton Ince given the chance to regain his first-team place. "He is a young, emerging lad of real quality and potential," said Walsall boss Chris Hutchings. "We have worked hard to be able to bring him in and he will gain plenty of valuable experience here." England Under-18 international Oxley joined Hull from Rotherham United at the start of last season after previously being linked with Chelsea, Arsenal and Aston Villa amongst others. Walsall will be without Gilmartin for up to a month after scans confirmed a slight hamstring tear.
