Hull defender Liam Rosenior has been given the all-clear by doctors after being stretchered off against Leeds in midweek with head and neck injuries.
The Tigers defender was taken to hospital after being hurt in an aerial challenge with Leeds midfielder Lloyd Sam, which infuriated Hull manager Nigel Pearson.
But Hull's assistant manager Craig Shakespeare told the club's official website: "Liam Rosenior got the all-clear from the hospital.
"With it being a head/neck injury, we've got to see how he is and we'll find out more once he starts jogging and running. Hopefully, there will be no reaction from there."
Rosenior is not expected to be included in the squad for Saturday's clash with Scunthorpe.
