Pulis - Team comes first
Stoke manager Tony Pulis admitted he could understand the reaction of Turkey striker Tuncay after substituting him late on in the 2-1 defeat at Hull.[LNB]Pulis angered Tuncay when he replaced the player because of Abdoulaye Faye's dismissal just six minutes after putting him on.[LNB]Tuncay shook his head and walked straight down the tunnel but Pulis said: "I've got no problems with that but it still wouldn't stop me doing it again.[LNB]"It is not about me or Tuncay, it is about the team. We had lost a centre-half so we had to put another defender on."
