MLS move on the cards for out of favour Hull City striker Caleb Folan

Major opportuinty: Folan[LNB]Hull City have given striker Caleb Folan permission to pursue a move to Major League Soccer.[LNB]Folan, 28, has another 18 months left on his contract but has flown to the US for a week-long assessment, with a view to joining an MLS team ready for the start of the season next month. [LNB]He has played only two League games this season, the last as a half-time substitute against Barnsley in October. [LNB]Hull's head of football operations Adam Pearson said: 'It's worth him having a look at it we'll see what happens.' [LNB]Meanwhile, Hull will make a fresh attempt to sign Crystal Palace midfielder Neil Danns at the end of the season.
