Brown and King held talks with chairman Paul Duffen yesterday and King has been hit with another week’s fine.Duffen said: ‘He was disappointed with the team selection on Saturday and responded in an unacceptable manner, so Phil sent him home.’ That has failed to deter Boro, who have been rebuffed in a similar swap proposal for Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood.
