Mick: Two dropped points

30 August 2009 07:53
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy felt his side had enough chances to have claimed a second win of the campaign against Hull.[LNB]Wolves defender Richard Stearman equalised 44 seconds into the second half after Geovanni had given Hull a third-minute lead and only a fine block from Michael Turner prevented a second goal.[LNB]McCarthy said: "To me, it is two points lost. We were rocked on our heels for about 10 minutes after they scored but then we were the dominant team.[LNB]"We had the chances and that clearance on the line from Turner stopped them from going behind. He is a good player.[LNB]"In the second half we were terrific. We should have killed the game off and Hull will view it as a good point."
