Hull have succeeded in gaining a work permit for United States striker Jozy Altidore. But the 19-year-old will take part in a World Cupqualifier against Mexico on Wednesday before Hull's Premier Leagueseason kicks off at Chelsea on Saturday. Altidore (right), who has joined on a season-long loan from Villareal, was granted permission to move after a hearing in London. The teenager, who recently scored in the USA's shock Confederations Cup semi-final win over Spain, had previously been targeted by Fulham. His deal includes an option for Hull to make the move permanent next summer.  The last thing that Hull need is an injury to the player on international duty as the club is suffering from a shortage of strikers. However, that burden would be eased if they complete a deal for Henri Camara or Cardiff forward Ross McCormack.  Senegal international striker Camara, 32, will sit down with the club's manager Phil Brown on Tuesday. The former Wigan forward played 45 minutes as Hull lost 1-0 against Aberdeen at the KC Stadium on Sunday. Meanwhile, McCormack impressed for Cardiff against Scunthorpe on Saturday and his move will depend on the two clubs agreeing a fee. Cardiff boss Dave Jones has already blasted Brown for discussing the deal publicly. Celta Vigo forward Kamel Ghilas is also believed to be close to joining Brown's side. The Algerian, 25, has also been linked with Blackburn and Bolton.
