Tigers wait on trio
Hull trio Liam Rosenior, Ahmed Elmohamady and Alex Bruce all face late fitness tests ahead of the home clash with Wolves.
Full-back Rosenior and winger Elmohamady both have unspecified muscle strains, while defender Bruce is hoping to shake off a knee injury sustained in Saturday's win over Barnsley.
Manager Steve Bruce has no other new injury or suspension worries, while defender Jack Hobbs, sidelined since sustaining cruciate knee ligament damage in March, is closing in on his return to action before the end of November.
Midfielder Tom Cairney (knee) remains a long-term absentee, and both striker Matty Fryatt (Achilles) and defender Joe Dudgeon (knee) are out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery last week.
The Tigers, back in the top six in the table, are chasing a fifth win in their last six league games.
Wolves boss Stale Solbakken boasts an unchanged squad but will make changes after Saturday's setback at Burnley.
Solbakken has admitted he did not expect his side's performance levels to drop as much as they did as Wanderers were comfortably beaten 2-0 at Turf Moor.
The result extended Wolves' winless run to four matches and left them with just one victory in their last six games.
Looking ahead to the trip to the KC Stadium, Solbakken told the club's official website: "We will change it around a little bit with the amount of games we have now."
Slawomir Peszko (knee), Razak Boukari (calf), Stephen Hunt (hip), George Elokobi (ankle), Jamie O'Hara (hernia) and Steven Mouyokolo (knee) all remain absent.
