Double boost for Hull ahead of West Brom clash
Hull pair Adama Diomande and Andrew Robertson will both return to contention for the home game against West Brom.
Striker Diomande has served a three-game ban, while Scotland international defender Robertson has been sidelined for six weeks due to a calf injury.
Boss Mike Phelan, who has no other new injury or suspension concerns, must decide whether to stick with teenage defender Josh Tymon, who could make his home league debut after starting in last week's defeat at Sunderland.
Meanwhile, Phelan accepts there is little he can do to persuade the club's stay-away fans to return to the KCOM Stadium.
Just 17,768 supporters turned out to watch Hull halt a run of six straight Premier League defeats with victory against Southampton in their last home match - a new record low for the club in the top flight.
The Tigers will bid to climb out of the relegation zone on Saturday, but Phelan said the low attendances this season are not just a reflection of his side's struggles.
"We can try and encourage them as much as we can to come into the ground to support the players, who are trying," Phelan said.
"We are in the big league, the Premier League, so I would have thought that was a nice incentive to get involved.
"But obviously they have their reasons. I can't influence those who make that decision not to come."
Club-record recruit Nacer Chadli could be back in the West Brom squad.
The B#13million summer signing from Tottenham has missed the two matches either side of the international break after undergoing minor knee surgery. He has resumed training and Baggies boss Tony Pulis will make a late decision about whether he travels.
Pulis also has a couple of unnamed players nursing knocks following Monday's win over Burnley while goalkeeper Boaz Myhill (ankle) and striker Saido Berahino, who is still considered short of match fitness by the manager, remain out.
On Chadli, Pulis said: "We've got one or two little knocks after Monday night and we're still waiting on Chadli, we'll make a late decision on him about whether we take him up or leave him for the Watford game.
"Generally after the game most of the lads are fine. Obviously the injury to Bo (Boaz Myhill) was disappointing - his ankle - he won't be in the squad again and he won't travel.
"I can't wait to get Chadli in the team but at the moment I don't think he can get in there. They've played so well it's difficult to find a place for him.
"He trained yesterday and he trained very well. It's nice to have that problem.
"We played very well as a team on Monday. People have picked out individuals and that's always the case but the team played well and looked like a team. The last couple of games have been very good."
