Hull City and Sheffield United lock horns in an FA Cup replay at the KC Stadium on Thursday evening with a place in the quarter-finals up for grabs.[LNB] The initial match at Bramall Lane finished 1-1 after Greg Halford's opener for the Blades was cancelled out by a Kamil Zayatte header.[LNB]The Tigers went on to lose 2-1 at home to Tottenham in the Premier League on Monday and Phil Brown is determined for his side to get back on track.[LNB]The manager has described this week as the 'biggest in the club's history', with another crucial league match to follow against Blackburn on Sunday.[LNB]Brown is still eager to progress in the FA Cup but is set to make a number of changes, with Kevin Kilbane ineligible after playing for Wigan in the third round of the competition.[LNB]Matt Duke could make way for Boaz Myhill in goal, while Anthony Gardner is also expected to be rested having only recently returned from injury.[LNB]Craig Fagan is back in training after a minor knee operation but not fit enough to return while Jimmy Bullard and George Boateng are long-term absentees.[LNB]Blades newsSheffield United are pushing for promotion from the Championship and will be relishing the chance to compete against a top-flight club once more.[LNB]However, they have been inconsistent of late and were held to a 2-2 draw by Plymouth at the weekend.[LNB]The Blades will be without recent signings John-Joe O'Toole, Craig Beattie, Arturo Lupoli, Leigh Bromby and Jamie Ward for the trip to Hull.[LNB]The quintet are all cup-tied for the encounter, while manager Kevin Blackwell also has several injury headaches to contend with. [LNB]Goalkeeper Ian Bennett (gastroenteritis) and Brian Howard (hamstring) missed the match at Plymouth and the possible absence of the midfielder once again, along with defender Matt Kilgallon and fellow midfielder Nick Montgomery (hamstring), would be a blow. [LNB]An away tie against either Arsenal or Burnley awaits the winners in the last eight.[LNB]
