The Allams, who have been in talks over a renegotiated deal with current owner Russell Bartlett for several weeks, have transferred funds of £833,000 into a holding account.
The Tigers, whose debts are understood to total more than £21million, have outstanding tax debts, while it has been reported the Allams have claimed the club were heading for administration if the deal had not taken place.
