Hobbs urges Tigers to bounce back

Jack Hobbs has admitted Hull must bounce back quickly from Saturday's demoralising defeat to Millwall if they are to have any chance of making the play-offs this season. The Tigers missed the chance to close the gap between them and the top six to just one point after succumbing 1-0 at home to the Lions and instead remain four points outside with seven games to go. On-loan Leicester centre-back Hobbs said the weekend's defeat was a setback but there is still time to turn things around - starting in the next match when City look to extend their 14 match unbeaten run on the road against Watford. He told the Hull Daily Mail: "We can't dwell on it (the loss to Millwall). It's a slight dent because we feel like we should be winning those sorts of games. "We have to move on because our next game's away from home and our form on the road has been really good. "It's going to be tough. There are a lot of teams challenging for those play-off places, but there's no reason we can't get it. We've got a lot of quality in the squad, good team spirit and good character."
