Let's face it, a club in their first season in the Premier League and in danger of being dragged into the relegation fight hardly qualify as big, even in comparison to Fulham and Wigan.
And getting a recall to the England squad would require some nasty bug to go around all of the country's really good midfielders, which would not be funny.
