Final blow for Windass as Brown bans him from Hull for rest of the season

Dean Windass has been banned from Hull for the rest of the season[LNB]Phil Brown has delivered the final kick in the teeth to Dean Windass after banning him from Hull City for the rest of the season.[LNB]The veteran striker was hauled into Brown's office and told he was no longer wanted at the top flight club.[LNB]Windass returned to the Tigers in March from a miserable loan spell with Oldham but has not featured in Brown's side due to regulations regarding loan deals.[LNB]He has been training and playing with the reserves and was hoping tosecure a coaching  role at the club during the close season.[LNB]Butthis looks unlikely while Brown remains in charge after he told his troubled  forward to stay away from the training ground.[LNB]Windass,who is training at home on his own, is now expected to thrash out asettlement figure on the remaining months of his £10,000-a-week deal.[LNB]Brown's snub is the final insult to Windass, who has seen his return to his home-town club turn into a nightmare.[LNB] He rejoined the Tigers from Bradford in 2007 and helped keep them in the Championship before going on to secure cult status with supporters last May after scoring  the winning goal in the play-off final to fire Brown's men into the Premier League for the first time ever.[LNB]Despite Hull struggling to score goals he has figured in just five league games  this season and not played for Brown's men since their infamous defeat at Eastlands on  Boxing Day when Brown read the riot act to his flops on the pitch at half time.[LNB] No moans...foreign influence in English game IS a passport to successHull 1 Liverpool 3: Kuyt brace keeps Reds in the title raceHULL CITY FC
