Fans Vote For Brown To Stay

18 March 2010 08:32
In a poll conducted on Hull City Online yesterday, the majority of fans voted for Phil Brown to see out the rest of the season in charge. Given the three choices seemingly available to Tigers chairman Adam Pearson - sticking with incumbent manager Phil Brown, keeping his assistant Brian Horton in the caretaker role, or accepting the man Pearson was able to attract to the job and appoint, Iain Dowie - 72% of fans wouldn't have got rid of Brown. 19% feel Brown needed to be replaced and consider Brian Horton as good a man for the job as any. Only 9% favour Iain Dowie, who is now in charge.  Who would you have preferred until the end of the season?  Phil Brown 72%   Iain Dowie 9%   Brian Horton 19%
