Duke hails Pearson impact

Hull goalkeeper Matt Duke has revealed new boss Nigel Pearson has already stamped his mark on the club in a positive fashion.[LNB] Pearson last week quit npower Championship rivals Leicester to fill the vacant position at the KC Stadium as the Tigers bid to bounce back from last season's relegation.[LNB]After returning for pre-season training under Pearson, Duke said: "The new manager has come in, said a few things and straight away he has been very positive about the squad he has got.[LNB]"I think we're all looking forward to the friendly matches starting next week because that is a great way of building up the fitness alongside training.[LNB]"Ultimately, we're all looking forward to the start of the season and getting down to what it's all about."
