Dudgeon set for Hull switch
Nigel Pearson says Hull have agreed a deal with Manchester United for left-back Joe Dudgeon.
The 20-year-old has spent the week at the KC stadium and, given the player has completed a medical and a £300,000 fee has been agreed, Pearson expects to complete the signing on Monday.
He told the Hull Daily Mail: "Joe's another very promising player, I think he will be a really good addition to the squad. He's gone through his medical now and hopefully that will be done on Monday.
"He's an exciting player but he can certainly put his foot in as well. He plays left-back for the most part but he can play a little bit further up as well
"It's good for us that we can bring (good) young players in. (But) We'll try and get the blend right in how we go about adding to the squad. It won't be all young players, we'll try and get some experience as well."
