Iain Dowie is hoping his rough diamonds can help Hull stay in the top flight as the fight for Premier League survival draws to a climax.[LNB] The Tigers head into their last six matches of the season a point behind West Ham in 17th but with a game in hand.[LNB]And Dowie has singled out defender Steven Mouyokolo, striker Jozy Altidore and young midfielder Tom Cairney as three players with great potential.[LNB]The Hull boss has been particularly impressed with 23-year-old Mouyokolo, who joined the club from Boulogne last summer and has become a fixture in the centre of defence.[LNB]"Mouyokolo, Altidore, Tom Cairney - there's a bit of polishing to do but they've got the raw talent," said Dowie. "Tom's a beautiful composed footballer, Mouyokolo's got fantastic attributes - good left foot, good right foot, great in the air, good pace.[LNB]"He needs to polish up on his defensive acumen and he should be the complete product. He's developing all the time. He's done very, very well and he's got a lot of potential."
