Defender Andy Dawson is confident Hull have time to address where they came unstuck in their 4-2 friendly defeat to Sunderland in Portugal.[LNB] Nigel Pearson's side found themselves 4-1 down in the first half before turning in an improved display in the second period and Dawson insists there is no cause for alarm.[LNB]He said: "Obviously we would have preferred a better result but it's pre-season and it's all about learning where we can improve. It's better to get things right now before there are any points at stake.[LNB]"We'll look at the Sunderland game and talk about it and make sure we iron out our mistakes. We'll take the positives into the new season."[LNB]Hull take on Dundee United in their next pre-season friendly at the KC Stadium on Saturday (3pm).
