Hull manager Nigel Pearson is ready to offer out-of-favour midfielder Jimmy Bullard a lifeline at the KC Stadium.[LNB] The Tigers have lost three of their opening five games in the Championship as they struggle for form.[LNB]Bullard has been frozen out of the first-team picture after failing to secure a move away from Hull this summer.[LNB]However, Pearson is prepared to throw Bullard back into the side for the upcoming games against Derby and Nottingham Forest as he looks to get Hull's season back on track.[LNB]"I'm prepared for him to be in the reckoning," said Pearson.[LNB]"Contrary to the way the story gets reported from time to time, there is an opportunity there. By no means have I written him out of the equation."[LNB]When asked about Bullard's prolonged absence, Pearson added: "It would be wrong of me to divulge every aspect of the situation.[LNB]"I understand people's questioning and their angles but there are certain things that have to be kept in-house.[LNB]"All I would say is that there will be an opportunity at some point and it will be done in the interests of the group."
