Jimmy Bullard has been banned from playing in any of Hull City's pre-season games in order to make sure the player is sold.[LNB] The cash-strapped Tigers are desperate to offload the midfielder due to his £45,000 per week wages but so far have not been able to agree an exit.[LNB]The 31-year-old was thought to be on the verge of joining Celtic on loan at the start of July but infuriated both clubs regarding his demands for a move to Glasgow.[LNB]Chairman Adam Pearson has now opted to freeze Bullard out in the hope of a quick sale and to avoid any injuries occurring for the player.[LNB]"Jimmy has been in training with the team in Portugal but won't be playing any of our pre-season games," he said.[LNB]"We simply can't afford to take the risk of him picking up an injury.[LNB]"It would be best for all parties if he can find another club but there has been no suitable offers.[LNB]"If Jimmy is still here by the end of the transfer window he will be in contention for Hull City. He is still under contract with us."
