Scunthorpe manager Ian Baraclough urged Hull to keep faith with under-fire boss Nigel Pearson following Saturday's 1-0 win at the KC Stadium.[LNB] Michael O'Connor snatched an 89th-minute winner for the Iron to condemn Hull to a seventh successive game without a win and a third straight loss at home.[LNB]Yet Baraclough backed his opposite number by insisting: "Nigel Pearson has a tough job on his hands.[LNB]"Given time and backing, I'm sure he will turn this club around and make it great again. He did exactly that at my hometown club Leicester.[LNB]"We knew the Hull fans weren't happy and we tried to make the most of that. We thought if they got restless, Hull might start to leave gaps at the back - and that's what happened."
