Will Atkinson is hoping his goalscoring Premier League debut will be enough to keep him in the Hull side against Liverpool on Sunday.[LNB] The 21-year-old scored the opener for the Tigers in their 2-2 draw with Wigan having impressed in a loan spell with Rochdale earlier this season.[LNB]Iain Dowie's team at the DW Stadium was a taste of things to come for relegated Hull, with teenagers Tom Cairney and Mark Cullen also in the starting line-up.[LNB]Atkinson told the official club website: "It was fantastic to have the chance to play in the Premier League. Unfortunately we're not going to be in this league next year but hopefully I can push on from here and play a lot more games for Hull City next season.[LNB]"We've got Liverpool to come before that, though, and it would definitely be nice to play at the KC Stadium. We'll see what happens in training this week and hopefully I can get another game under my belt[LNB]"It would be nice to get a positive result in that one. We came so close to winning at Wigan and it would be nice to get a win in front of our own fans against a great side like Liverpool."
