Burnley veteran Graham Alexander will chalk up his 100th league game for the Turf Moor club on Saturday at home to Hull.

The 38-year-old midfielder admits he is proud of what the club have achieved in recent seasons, but warns standards must improve if they want to stay in the top flight.

He says: These are the sort of milestones you start to get at this stage of your career. I have enjoyed we have achieved so far in the two years I have been at Burnley.

"But this is a tough division and concentration levels have to be 100 per cent all the time. This is what has let us down at times and we must improve."
