Huddersfield Town have won their appeal over a red card shown to midfielder Gary Roberts during Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Darlington.
Roberts was shown a straight red card for his 36th minute tackle on Ricky Ravenhill in the Terriers' 1-0 second-round defeat.
The summer signing from Ipswich Town was facing a three-match ban, but will now be available for Saturday's trip to Swindon Town following the club's successful appeal.
"After examining the video evidence, the Football Association felt that Town had a good case against the decision which incurs a three-match ban," read a club statement.
Meanwhile, the West Yorkshire club have taken the decision to refund fans who travelled to Darlington for the cup tie following a 'particularly disappointing' evening.
