Huddersfield Town chairman-elect Dean Hoyle believes Terriers boss Stan Ternent is on the verge of bringing several new players to the club.
The League One side have already snapped up Jim Goodwin and Keigan Parker since the end of last season, but that will not be the end of the club's summer spending spree.
Hoyle told the Huddersfield Examiner: "I know there's been plenty of activity behind the scenes, even though Stan's been away on a family holiday.
"Stan has been quoted previously saying he'd like to bring in another four players if possible and I'd envisage that to start very shortly.
"I'm excited by the people we're talking about bringing to this club. When I look at our list of transfer targets they're players who'll make a difference."
