Huddersfield Town boss Peter Jackson has moved to end the club's goalkeeping problems by signing Charlton Athletic's Paul Rachubka on loan.
The Terriers' first choice keeper, Ian Gray, has not played since sustaining an injury back in November and Jackson has been keen to bring in cover for youngster Phil Senior.
The American-born shot-stopper told the Huddersfield Daily Examiner: "I'm delighted to get this opportunity with Huddersfield and I'm looking to get first-team games under my belt if at all possible.
"My season is really just getting under way after a bout of glandular fever in the summer, so I need to play games and the fact I'm joining a club going for promotion is a massive incentive for me."
Twenty-two-year-old Rachubka began his career at Manchester United before joining Charlton in 2002, but has been unable to break into the Addicks' first team and has recently been on loan at Burnley.
