Peter Jackson is looking to Andy Holdsworth to increase his goal tally as Huddersfield attempt to step up their promotion bid.
The 21-year-old right-back has netted twice in the last three matches and the manager has encouraged him to continue getting forward.
"Andy is a terrific young player who is in outstanding form at the moment," Jackson told The Examiner.
"Andy is probably our most consistent player this season, I thought he took his goal extremely well against Welling (in the FA Cup) and I want him to attack more.
"There's no reason why he shouldn't be among the scorers more often, because he's well capable of doing it.
"He's a brave defender, he's good in the air for someone who isn't the biggest and his crossing is very good."
