Jacko eyes vast improvement

Huddersfield Town boss Peter Jackson has warned his players they need to show a massive improvement against Nottingham Forest on Saturday after their Carling Cup defeat to Mansfield.
The Terriers were out-of-sorts against their League Two opponents at the Galpharm Stadium on Tuesday as they crashed out of the tournament at the first hurdle.
Richie Barker and Michael Boulding handed the Stags a 2-0 win and revenge for their 2005 League Two play-off final defeat, while Jackson claimed his players had let him down badly for only the seventh time since 2003.
He also stressed a repeat showing against league leaders Forest this weekend could see them on the end of a hammering.
"I am really disappointed as we deserved to go out of the Cup. We will have to play a lot better than that on Saturday against Nottingham Forest," Jackson said.
"Since I came back as manager three years ago the players have only ever let me down six times before - but this game was the seventh. I always try and defend my players but I can't this time."
