Simpson, who has missed the Terriers' last three matches, was sent for a scan when his recovery was taking longer than expected and results have revealed a grade two tear, which means a further month at least in the treatment room.[LNB]The 24-year-old has made only three league starts for Lee Clark's side since joining from Coventry in a £300,000 deal in the summer.[LNB]Clark could be short of two strikers for Saturday's FA Cup first-round clash with Dagenham & Redbridge at the Galpharm Stadium, with Lee Novak awaiting the results of a scan on the shoulder injury he sustained in Sunday's win at Oldham.[LNB][LNB]
