Terriers defence please Clark

Boss Lee Clark has urged Huddersfield to remain focussed as the race for automatic promotion from League One enters its final furlong. Town remain second after extending their unbeaten run to 19 league games with a 2-0 win at Tranmere. But Rovers made them work hard for the three points, which came courtesy of goals from Benik Afobe and substitute Lee Novak. "It's another win and another three points and I'm absolutely delighted," said Clark. "That's five clean sheets on the bounce and the back four have got to take great credit. "We have a number of top players out through injury but the lads who have come in are a credit to themselves and the club. "The support is magnificent and the players are having a real go for them. The pitch was not conducive to good play but we did our best in the circumstances. "We have got some important games coming up and we must remain focused."
