Huddersfield chairman Dean Hoyle has promised the "best medical treatment available" for injured Terriers winger Anthony Pilkington. Pilkington, 22, has been ruled out of Town's promotion challenge after dislocating his ankle and breaking his fibula during the midweek win over Rochdale. Hoyle, who also rallied Town fans for the 11-game run-in, said: "I know the Pilkingtons and they're a very close knit bunch, so I know he'll get the best possible support from his family. "The club will echo this by ensuring he gets the best medical treatment available during his recovery. "Anthony has played a big part in getting us into such a good position in the league, so it's now up to all of us to ensure that the next time he pulls on a Huddersfield Town shirt it's in the Championship. "We have 11 games left this season and I'd like to call on every supporter to get behind the team like never before."
