Roberts taking nothing for granted

Huddersfield winger Gary Roberts has revealed the fear of being axed is keeping him on top of his game. Roberts, 26, has started in all of the Terriers' last four league games after being dealt a blow by manager Lee Clark ahead of last month's defeat at Peterborough. "I was dropped for our match at Peterborough, which was really disappointing, but shows what competition we have here," he said. "I knew I needed to up things on the training ground and thankfully I got back in straight away. "Now it's a case of taking it one game at a time and working as hard as I can to keep impressing the gaffer." The former Ipswich midfielder has responded by scoring three goals in four matches since returning to the side.
