Roberts predicts goals

Gary Roberts has backed Huddersfield to show a ruthless streak in their bid for npower League One promotion this season. The 26-year-old winger believes the Terriers are a danger to any side in the division going forward, but has also urged Lee Clark's men to show some defensive steel. "We are an attacking side and, as we've added some extra striking quality to those who got all the goals last season, I don't see any reason why we won't score a lot more this time," said Roberts in the Huddersfield Examiner. "Joe Garner, Graham Carey, Lee Croft, Scott Arfield and Joey Gudjonsson all like to have a go for goal and then you've got myself, Anthony Pilkington, Jordan Rhodes and Theo Robinson still here while Lee Novak is on the way back and Robbie Simpson is fit again. "What will be a massive help, though, is if we can keep the back door shut as well, especially away from home. "We've got to be horrible and shut up shop - do to our opponents what other teams try to do to us when they come to our place."
