Peltier missing for Terriers

Huddersfield defender Lee Peltier will miss the home game with Rochdale as he starts a four-match suspension. The right-back, shown a straight red card in Saturday's 1-1 draw at former club Yeovil after allegedly elbowing Dean Bowditch, was banned for an extra game as he was sent off earlier in the season in the Carling Cup at Everton. Manager Lee Clark, already without left-back Gary Naysmith due to a long-term calf injury, could recall Tom Clarke or Jamie McCombe to his back four. Midfielder Joey Gudjonsson missed out on Saturday due to a hamstring strain and remains doubtful, while striker Lee Novak was forced out of the action at Yeovil with a similar problem and faces a late fitness test. Teenager Benik Afobe, on loan from Arsenal, could start if Novak doesn't play, as could leading goalscorer Jordan Rhodes, who returned as an unused substitute at the weekend following illness. Danny Cadamarteri is still struggling with a back injury.
