Powell to keep faith

Huddersfield boss Chris Powell is expected to select his starting line-up for the home game against Reading from an unchanged squad.

Powell has no new injury or suspension worries following Saturday's goalless home draw against Cardiff, but could be tempted to make one or two changes as his side chase a first home win in four matches.

Winger Harry Bunn and strikers Joe Lolley and Ishmael Miller are among those pushing for recalls to the side after starting on the bench at the weekend.

Centre-half Joel Lynch remains sidelined with the groin problem that has kept him out for the last four matches.

Reading are still without Chris Gunter, Anton Ferdinand and Jem Karacan.

Gunter remains sidelined by an ankle knock, fellow defender Ferdinand has been dogged by a calf problem all season and midfielder Karacan is working his way back to fitness after a long-term knee injury.

Boss Steve Clarke admitted he may need to freshen up his side for a second long trip in four days following Saturday's 1-0 win at Ipswich.

Deadline-day signing Yakubu is pushing for his first start in attack while Oliver Norwood and Garath McCleary could also be handed recalls.
