Glennon undergoes knee operation
The 30-year-old has recently lost his place in manager Lee Clark's starting line-up to Alex Smithies and with fellow goalkeeper Simon Eastwood returning from his loan spell at Woking, the time is right for Glennon to resolve his problem.[LNB]Clark told the club's official website: "Matt will be going into hospital on Monday for an operation, which could potentially keep him out for the rest of the season.[LNB]"He is a terrific professional and has been training every day and sitting on the bench, but he has a problem with his knee where it meets the thigh muscle and he needs to sort it out.[LNB]"Simon Eastwood played his last game for Woking and he will be coming back and we will take it from there."[LNB][LNB]
