Daggers call pitch inspection
Dagenham's League One clash with Huddersfield has been thrown into doubt due to the freezing weather.
The Daggers had issued a plea for supporters to help clear the Victoria Ground pitch earlier in the week, but with temperatures set to fall to minus four degrees in the next 48 hours, the club are reluctant to clear the pitch and expose it to the freezing conditions.
That would leave a tall order of clearing the playing surface and surrounding areas on Saturday morning.
A further inspection has been planned for 11am on Friday morning, with a definitive judgment set to be made shortly after.
