Manager Lee Clark hailed `a performance of the highest quality` after Huddersfield thrashed Macclesfield 6-0 to reach the third round of the FA Cup. Jordan Rhodes, Anthony Pilkington, Benik Afobe, Jamie McCombe, Antony Kay and Gary Roberts were all on the scoresheet in the rout. "With all due respect to Macclesfield, it could have been double figures," said Clark. "It was a performance of the highest quality and I am looking forward to sitting in the warmth in front of my TV to watch the third-round draw. "Given that we have 18 southern teams in League One, I would love a home tie against one of the Premier League big boys." Clark also revealed he is confident Arsenal starlet Afobe will extend his loan spell at the Galpharm Stadium. He added: "Benik is a special talent. We have been talking to Arsenal and we are very confident we will extend his loan until January."
