Clark enjoys goal spree

Huddersfield boss Lee Clark enjoyed a fine second-half display and a boost to his side's goal difference in the 4-1 win at wind-swept Exeter. Town had not tested City keeper Artur Krysiak until the 55th minute when Danny Cadamarteri rolled the ball into the net. Gary Roberts made it 2-0 12 minutes later, an error from Krysiak led to Anthony Pilkington netting a soft third and Kevin Kilbane rattled in a fine shot from 25 yards two minutes from time before Daniel Nardiello's consolation. "It wasn't a perfect performance and I have just said that to the players as they came back into the changing room," said Clark. "The reaction of four or five players was to have a go at each other because they scored a goal at the death, but I like that. I've liked what I have seen. "You just want to win matches and if you can add goals to that then you can really go for it. It is hard enough to win football matches and we just try and do that. There are teams around us with healthier goal differences. If you can improve that then you do."
