Afobe set for Terriers chance?

Huddersfield manager Lee Clark could turn to Arsenal teenager Benik Afobe to help solve his striker crisis in the FA Cup clash at Cambridge. On-loan Afobe, 17, stepped off the substitutes' bench in the second half of Town's midweek win at Sheffield Wednesday and impressed enough to be considered for a possible start in the first-round tie. Clark, already without forward Lee Novak (hamstring), is unable to play Joe Garner, on loan from Nottingham Forest, while Alan Lee sits out the second of a three-match ban after his straight red card in the recent home win over Walsall. Winger Lee Croft (Derby) is another refused permission by his parent club to play but Damien Johnson (Plymouth), Graham Carey (Celtic) and goalkeeper Nick Colgan (Grimsby) are all available. Goalkeeper Alex Smithies (thigh) will return to full traininig next week while Tom Clarke (knee) and Gary Naysmith (foot) also remain sidelined.
