Towell keen to move on from error

Richie Towell hopes to put his Hibernian debut behind him and is optimistic about the remainder of the campaign. The 19-year-old defender's poor back-pass resulted in a goal for Nikica Jelavic in Wednesday night's 2-0 defeat by Rangers at Easter Road. But Towell is confident Hibs, who are without a win in 11 games and have failed to score in six matches this year, can climb out of their current slump. Towell told Hibernian TV: "It wasn't exactly how I had pictured it to be, but we just need to kick on from here and hopefully we can get points from our next few games. "I've not had the best start here, but hopefully we can win a few games and get back up the table. "The mood is still really positive at the moment. We just need to keep working hard on the training ground and then transfer it onto the pitch."
