Riordan off the hook after gesture
The 26-year-old was seen making the gesture as he was substituted during the Homecoming Scottish Cup clash on January 11.[LNB]Lothian and Borders Police launched an investigation after receiving a complaint from a member of the public.[LNB]But they have said that no further action will be taken after the complainer failed to get back in touch with officers.[LNB]A police spokesman said: "We received a complaint from a member of the public following an alleged incident that happened during the Edinburgh derby on Sunday January 11.[LNB]"The complainer was invited to make contact with the police in order to discuss his complaint further but he failed to respond.[LNB]"No further action will be taken in respect of this matter.''[LNB]Riordan was booked over the incident during Hibernian's 2-0 defeat at Easter Road.[LNB][LNB]
